ASM instance not registered on LISTENER

sqlplus / as sysasm
show parameter local_listener

 It's wrong ip address
Change: alter system set local_listener="(DESCRIPTION=(ADDRESS_LIST=(ADDRESS=(PROTOCOL=TCP)(HOST=192.168.247.130)(PORT=1521))))";

alter system register;
